A faculty/staff member at Dartmouth College for 19 years, Walt is a skilled, strategic-visionary leader who is deeply involved in creating transformative experiences and establishing initiatives that enable larger organizations to achieve their vision.
Bryan Robinson, Co-Founder

Working alongside him is his protégé and former student, Bryan Robinson who has been fundamentally involved in Dartmouth Idol and other artistic efforts professionally since graduating from Dartmouth College in 2016. Bryan leverages his multicultural background and eclectic blend of technical proficiencies and artistic skills to passionately bring ideas to life in relevant and relatable ways to as many as possible.
Stuart Marvin, Consultant
Strategy, Marketing & Fundraising
With thirteen years’ experience as a production manager and strategist for the University of Chicago’s Alumni Relations and Development team, Stuart Marvin provides creative insights into the marketing and fundraising required for successful event performances. Having worked closely with Walt and his Chicago-based music production company (OSIP) in prior years, he provides the organizational prowess needed to ensure the administrative and logistical demands of our team as well as our clients are satisfied.
